The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Las Vegas’ first White Castle restaurant was at 1 pm today and at 9 pm the line was still snaking around the building. Yes, it’s now official; Las Vegas has its first White Castle restaurant, and its right on the Las Vegas Strip. Just in time for all those midwesterners escaping the blast of winter storms hitting them back home!
The new 5,615-square-foot fast food mecca for square hamburgers is just inside a new annex to the Best Western Plus Casino Royale. Across from the Mirage! And it will be open 24/7. Next to it and upstairs is the newly reopened “World’s Largest” Denny’s restaurant. Its immediate neighbor is a new Walgreens. yes, Another Walgreens on the Las Vegas Strip!
They have plans for one on the Fremont Street Experience (no dates set) and a third yet to be announced Las Vegas Valley location
White Castle Trivia: This was the first expansion for White Castle into a different state in 56 years.
