As of February 15, the following places will jump from 25% capacity to 35%:
- Gaming floors
- Places of worship
- Gyms
- Fitness studios
- Yoga studios
- Martial arts studios,
- Arcades
- Racetracks
- Bowling alleys,
- Pool halls
Also As Of February 15…
- Reservations will no longer be required
- Outdoor dining will have NO capacity limit.
- The number of patrons allowed at a table jump from 4 to 6
- Libraries, museums, art galleries, aquariums, and zoos will move to 50 percent capacity.
Some Things Get Better in March
On Monday, March 15, all businesses operating at 35% will be able to move to 50% capacity.
From now until May 1, retail stores, indoor malls, and community recreational centers will remain at 50%
Spas, massage establishments, hair salons, barbershops, nail salons other businesses that provide cosmetic skin services will continue to operate under strict social distancing requirements.
** high-risk businesses and activities – adult entertainment establishments, nightclubs and day clubs, and brothels, will remain closed until at least May 1.
May 1, Restrictions Go Local
On May, 1 2021 the state hopes to transition COVID-19 mitigation management responsibility to local authorities.
** The mask mandate and social distancing requirements will stay in place until further notice.
“Per requirement, anyone in any public space throughout the State, including visitors, will need to wear a mask. This includes using public transportation, public facing work environments, when patronizing businesses, or interacting with others in any generally publicly accessible space.”
