Video of The Observation Wheel

Yes, it has finally opened and we have a video with a couple of different views of the new High Roller Observation Wheel in the new Linq district on the Las Vegas Strip.

The video shows the wheel from the shopping area leading from the Strip to the wheel.  As a tourist? Yes, it would be an awesome adventure to take to really see the Vegas Skyline and the lights at night.  Right now would also be a great time to do it because they haven’t pushed the opening so the lines are short. really short!

It may not look like its moving by just casually looking at it, but it’s constantly moving as you enter and exit the pods.  Takes about 30 minutes to make a full circle.  Last night was windy and cold, so the video is a bit shaky.

Also Caesars has to work out some of the kinks.  Like better signage and directional markers to the ticket booth.  You can reserve your time online or the tickets are sold from a window outside, just past the entrance to the cue, under the wheel.   No Matter what, you really can’t miss it!
